Filab Digital ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and process your information when you use filabdigital.com.
We only collect data directly through the contact form, so this policy is intentionally focused and simple.

03Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide through the contact form to begin a potential business collaboration.
- Required: full name, email address, project description, and explicit agreement to this policy.
- Optional: company name and phone number.
- Anti-spam: a hidden website field used solely to identify automated submissions.
Required information is necessary for us to understand and respond to your inquiry. Without it, the form cannot be submitted and we may be unable to discuss the proposed project.
04Purpose and Legal Basis
We process contact-form information to:
- Review and respond to project inquiries.
- Take requested steps before potentially entering into a contract.
- Maintain necessary business correspondence and protect the form from spam or misuse.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where that basis does not apply, processing is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in responding to business inquiries, maintaining correspondence, and securing the website.
We do not use contact-form data for marketing, automated decision-making, or profiling.
05Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting duties.
- If an inquiry results in a contract, data is retained for the contract term and the period required by applicable law.
- If it does not result in a contract, data is normally deleted within one year of the last communication unless the law requires otherwise.
06Your GDPR Rights
Under the GDPR, you may request:
- Access to copies of your personal data.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure of your data under applicable conditions.
- Restriction of or objection to processing.
- Transfer of collected data to you or another organisation.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time where consent is the legal basis.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
07Security of Your Data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Form submissions are transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption.
08Processors and International Transfers
Contact-form submissions are delivered using Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., which acts as an email service provider and data processor. This means your name, email address, optional contact details, and message content are transmitted through Resend to deliver your inquiry to Filab Digital.
Resend stores customer data in the United States. Transfers from the EEA are protected through appropriate safeguards described in Resend's Data Processing Addendum, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Resend may use authorised subprocessors to provide its service.
You can review Resend's Data Processing Addendum and subprocessor list.
